RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• Due to the nature of collectibles ALL SALES ARE FINAL
• Returns are only expected on items which have been misrepresented via title, description, image, email or damaged in transit
• If an item is damaged in transit we must be notified within 48 hours after receipt
• We strive to be reasonable in the event of a disagreement and ask the buyer to afford us the same level of fairness
• Disagreeing with an assigned grade/condition is not an acceptable reason for a return
• Buyer’s remorse is not an acceptable reason for a return
•  Do not return anything without specific authorization 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

• We can only sell internationally through eBay
• Your purchase will be shipped using the courier service of our choice
• Items are typically shipped within 0-3 business days
• All shipments are 100% insured
• If an item is damaged in transit please see above RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ORDER PRIORITY

•  In the event multiple parties purchase the same item(s) simultaneously across different platforms (eBay, Amazon, etc.) Brave Puppy reserves the right to determine which sale will be honored
• Webstore sales will always be honored before direct payment non-automated sales 
• If you have already made a direct non-webstore payment for a non-automated purchase and we are unable to end the listing(s) on the web channels before they are sold on site, it will be classified as a NO SALE and you will be refunded 
• Any payment made for any item determined to be unavailable or out of stock will be promptly refunded 

PRICING POLICY

• Sales history weights very little in determining pricing policy
• Prices are reviewed every 4-26 weeks and may be adjusted up or down depending on market, availability, overall interest, length of listing, season, number of watchers/hits, and/or cost basis  
• Pricing is determined by committee or consignor
